I was hoping to use BSA quantification for normalization for a cell mito stress test. I am not sure if I should input my absorbance values or concentration values in the input fields, and what scale factor to use. (The absorbance values are 562nm and range from 0.082 - 0.754, and the mg/mL values range from 0-1. Thanks in advance for the help!
