I ordered the QuickChange Site Directed Mutagenesis Kit - Catalog # 200524 - 5. I have been unable to acheive site directed mutagenesis with your kit with 1μl dNTP as stated in the Instruction Manual but need atlease 3μl to acheive mutagenesis.
