Mx3000p qPCR "The thermal blocks or sample cover not reaching the set temperature" Error

Unfortunately, this error indicates that there is a problem with the instrument's thermal block and the only way to resolve it will be to have the instrument sent to Agilent's Field Repair Center for a hardware repair.
