RNA Lower marker mask target region

Question

Hi,
We are using tape station HS RNA tape. However, our RNA size (major from ~55 to 400) is small. In this case, the lower maker ~50bp will overlap with our RNA. Do you have any solution to fix this? Do you have the other product (for example with top maker) which will not mask ~55 bp area? Thanks

 Thank you for your question. Both of the TapeStation RNA kits ( RNA ScreenTape assay and High Sensitivity RNA ScreenTape assay ) have a lower marker that is 25 nt. Unfortunately, we do not have other RNA TapeStation kits. 
 We have two other Automated Electrophoresis platforms that may be useful. If you have access to a Bioanalyzer, we offer the Small RNA kit - 5067-1548 . Furthermore, if you have access to a Fragment Analyzer, we offer the Small RNA Kit - DNF-470-0275 .
