Bioanalyzer exporting data to excel issues

Thank you for contacting us and for your question. If the data is exporting in seconds, it may be that there is an issue with ladder detection or marker detection. Please check your data and see if you can toggle between size and bp by clicking on Show Sizes icon at the top of the software. I was able to toggle, but it's still exporting the data without the size and the column data is shifted over, so the concentration shows up in the size column still and then no size data.

If the data is exporting in seconds, it may be that there is an issue with ladder or marker detection. Likely the marker is probably not present or not assigned in one or more of the wells.
