RNA Tapescreen ladder incorrectly diluted

Question

The ladder for the RNA High Sensitivity Tapescreen was diluted incorrectly (20ul water added instead of 10ul). I used it anyway and it has worked fine but my question is does this affect the sample concentrations calculated? Thanks

 Thank you for your question. We cannot guarantee that the ladder will work optimally since it was not diluted according to the HSRNA ScreenTape assay guide . However, the ladder does not impact the concentration results reported by the software. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
