I can select the FP-1002-22(Fast method) method only, from the dropmenu 
 Can I get the mthds file of FP-1002E-22(Extended gDNA 165kb) for FEMTO pulse?

Thank you for contacting the Agilent team. Femto Pulse Method files can be downloaded from our website . The downloadable zipped folder has FP-1002E-22 method.
