Hello community,
The Bioanalyzer 2100 is showing the error optical signal too high (1605h) in the chip that we are running.
We need help to know what is happening, and what can we do to fix it?
Thank you
Claudia & Nikki

Hi Claudie and Nikki, That error comes up when the 2100 Bioanalyzer optics detects a very high fluorescence signal. Typically, this can happen due to sample overloading and/or if chip gets prepared using cold reagents. Please indicate what assay are you running, and whether the error is coming up irrespective of the assay type being run. To be sure we provide you with most accurate analysis, please share a recent example file ending with .xad at electrophoresis@agilent.com with attention to Shweta. Thank you, Shweta

Thank you so much Shweta,
I think it was the cold reagents.
