Thank you for your post. I wanted to share that now we have a dedicated area for Automated Electrophoresis.
In reference to your question, you can select wells one by one by pressing Ctrl. Please see screenshots below. If you are not able to do that, please contact us at electrophoresis@agilent.com with information on software version you are currently running. Most recent version of 4200 TapeStation software can be downloaded from here .
