Sample ID on User Define 1 column did not display on exported file

We enter our LIMS sample ID in user define 1 column and run the sequence, then export result files. It is workable for ICPMS 8900 but failed for ICPMS 7700.

The software we use is MassHunter. Is there any way to allow the sample ID be displayed on 7700 report?

Hello,

What version of software does your 7700 have? Does it still use the excel template format for reports or the new acrt formats? This may be the issue. If you can provide some screenshots or more details that would be great.

The version is 4.3 for 7700 and 5.1 for 8900. We tried to export the CSV file from export file button and also a txt file from LIMS button, both of the file do not populate with sample ID. Sorry I am not able to provide the screenshots at this time.

Hi,

I got another problem is I copied the LIMS script from our 8900 instrument 1 to 8900 instrument 2, and export the text report (I set it as a text file in the script) via Report >> LIMS >> Export report button. The process was failed and showed "object reference not set to an instance of an object". Do you have any idea that what caused this? Thank you!
