MS 7700 Forward Power

Hi,

this could be a faulty RF generator, Matching Box or the power supply. 

The "air vents" on the back of the instrument are clean and not fully covered with dust?

What is the reflected power value?

They were actually able to resolve the issue.  The carrier gas line fitting was leaking.  Thanks for following up quickly though! Appreciated.
