We have a ICP-MS 7800 and since yesterday our plasma ignition sequence is failing. I have attached an image of all the fail error messages. We have made sure there is no argon lead in the sample introduction, the tune solution is all fine and the gas lines are held in the right place. The nebulizer test is passing as well. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue? Please let me know! Thank you in advance.
