Error 1220, 1141 y 2150 ICP-MS 7900?

I would like to request support as I am currently experiencing problems with the ICPMS 7900 equipment, specifically error codes 1220, 1141 and 2150 during the analysis, the plasma turned off. It begins to execute the ignition sequence, the autotune fails because the sensitivity is too low and there is an increase in the reflected power reaching 114W. After this, the plasma turns off.

 Here information for error 1220 if it's the first to occur. Please check the optical cable inside the torch box. It may be damage and does not see the light when plasma turn on. You can remove it from enclosure slightly and cut a new piece using a wire stripper.
