Help Fixing Low Sensitivity Issues

Hi - looking at your performance report it is the sensitivity count that is causing all the issues and in the instrument parameters the thing that stands out as odd is the Torch H/V being 2.0mm and -2.0mm respectively.  Typical values are ~0 - 0.2mm adjustments.  Can you try to reinstall the torch, checking the alignment pip is seated well into the holder and run the Torch Axis from start up to see if that improves?
