it is really important to check the error Log, perhaps it gives more information. You can go to C/Program Files/Varian/ICP Expert/Run/Log
When this error has appeared, I guess that plasma was gone out, isn't? Have you tried to light the plasma again?

Thank you by the reply. Looking the error log I've got this screen. Could you decode it to me?
As you can see, there are multiple error, not only F1042. There are errors related to water flow, Gas flow.
Before run the analysis, I guess those flows are ok, isn't? You can restart PC and ICP to reset everything. Please check, chiller and Ar pressure Tank. If it is ok, please, contact with your Agilent Service
