I am having an error while connecting the ICPMH software 4.4 to the ICPMS Instrument 7800. When I ping the dos command I get a reply from the server but the hardware doesn't get connected to the software.

    Hi nitinpalav,

    Can you let us know the IP of the PC as well? Also if you look in your host file does it have the correct IP address set? The host file can be found : Start, All programs, ICPMS Masshunter Workstation, Configuration, then choose edit hosts. The last line should have the IP address of your ICPMSD.  This entry would have been set at install.
