I have MassHunter 5.1 and the ISTD stability graph is not showing anything. Any idea of how I can make it work again? thanks for your help

Hi, 

i guess you have defined some analytes as ISTD. Maybe you have forgotten to set the sample type to "CalBlank" for the Blank. The software uses these samples to reference the ISTD signal to 100%. Every following sample is than calculated against the (latest) "CalBlank"
