Which is a better ISTD for Ni? Ge or Sc?

I have the option of either Ge or Sc for an internal standard for ICPMS analysis of Nickel. Which would be the better option to use? Thanks

Hello, I would prefer Ge, as it is closer on the mass scale and has similar First Ionization Potential.
