Si analysis using ICPMS requires better H2 mode, as Si has known interference from N2 and CO. So this your best choice for Detection Limits. I do not see any challenge in preparing your samples and you can use your standard quartz sample introduction system.

Hello, thanks for helping could I use HF plus Boric acid to use the normal sample introducion system? What do you recommend?

We are using HF to dissolve SiO2 but boric is rarely used in ICPMS. But please NOT with the normal glass/quartz sample intro system. HF will attack glass. You would need a PFA Sample Intro kit and of course you have to switch to Platinum Cones. Can you please calculate the final concentration of HF in your samples that are ready for analysis? Is it below 0.2 - 0.5%?
