Error code 1122 Ion Gauge

Question

Dear all, we have a 7800 ICP - MS, the error kode 1122, Ion Gauge showed up after changing the oil on the vaccum pump. We tried to remove the oil an refill but the issue reaccured, What can we do?

Hi, the Pump itself has no Ion Gauge. 
 If you open the large lid from the icp ms, you will see on the right hand side a cylinder with a blue cable. this is the ion gauge for the analyzer pressure. make sure, that the cable sits correctly. 
 Then, open the vent screw (nurled nut approx. 40cm left oft the ion gauge) for 2-3 seconds.
