Forward power decrease, reflected power increase - ICP-MS 7700x

Edit: Dustproof sensor was damaged and support changed it.

Now, forward power is stable at 1600 W and reflected power at 1 W.

I think, first the instrument tried to reduce forward power to correct damage ot the sensor.

So, problem should be solved.
