Hi, actually, there are no official criteria defined by agilent. The autotune will try to max the counts. Maybe you have to adjust the concentration of your tune solution, because 1ppb will not give…

Maybe you have to adjust the concentration of your tune solution, because 1ppb will not give enough counts to do an autotune.
