How can I get my raw concentration? Only getting

Hi, 
 
 I can see my CPS and CPS RSD, however, when switching to concentration all I get is <0.000 and N/A for my RSD How can I get my raw concentration and RSD?

the "Min Conc." in the "Calibration" tab should be set to "<None>" for negative values. al other options in the "Min Conc" could give <x.xxx values.
