ICP-OES Agilent Fast Automated Curve-Fitting Technique (FACT) EXPERT II SOFTWARE

does anyone know how to built a FACT Model with EXPERT Agilent ICP-OES, save the model then run post-Analysis of sample. My samples are already analyzed and notice interferences in phosphorus peak.
