Hi,
to set the torch box into the maintenance position, the small cover (black) hast to be open.
normally it is enough to open the small cover 90 degree. The instruments detects this with a hall sensor (magnet). You can see this an the left hand side (highlighted)
Sometimes the alignment is a bit off, then you should open the cover until the magnet is triggering the hall sensor. This should solve your problem.
