Hello. I’ve got an issue, could you help me in it? I’m working with Agilent 240FS with Autosampler sps4. What could be a reason of that error appearance (on the pic). After starting analyzing process capillary rinsing don’t start (peristaltic pump on sps4 just doesn’t move). Recently the computer needed to be replaced and the original Agilent software was installed on a new PC, after which installation the autosampler stopped working.

I'd first go into Windows Device manager and make sure the SPS 4 is recognized by the PC. If it's not the SPS 4 may need to be reinitialized, connected to a different USB port, or the driver may need to be reinstalled
If you can see the SPS 4 in device manager, please open SpectrAA and click your model type- Agilent 240FS AA- it will then pull up the Instrument Configuration screen. Click on accessories, and then select Agilent SPS 4 Autosampler. See screen capture below. Hope that helps
