PC HP Z2 SFF G4 WORKSTATION Shut down itself and difficult to restart

Question

sometimes PC shuts down automatically when happened you see only two light :start button &disk Cd light and we don't see any error message so could the issue .

 yes the PC is connected from time to time to transfer the data and your suggestion can be possible . 
 kindly what could be done now to save and prevent this issue in futur ?
