Dear,

There is a pop up windows saying "F F16505: Error. Instrument (ICB) Offline" while performing the Calibrate Detector (Dark Current Scan). I would be appreciated if anyone here could advise me how to solve this matter. Thank you.

    Hi,

    Redo the detector calibration after power cycle the icp-oes and pc. If the same problem is there then contact you local Agilent organization. 

    however, it's not needed to re-do the detector calibration every time. Only needed during yearly maintenance or after a big repair of the spectrometer.  

    no problem to work with a former detector calibration/ dark current calibration.
