Hello all

I have changed the shroud, the electrodes and the graphite tube in the GTA120 model due to the error F8101 "GTA tube fault" and in the contextual help it indicates that the graphite tube is not there or there is a fault in the shroud or electrodes, but the the error persists even though the consumables are new and i don't know what else to do.

If anyone could help me?

    You have taken the correct steps in trying a new graphite tube, electrodes, and then shroud. If these were replaced and aligned, the workhead is properly closed, and you are still having the error, please contact Agilent customer support to begin the process of opening an onsite repair visit.
