Hello all! I'm currently working on an Agilent 7700 ICPMS
I need to use the Extreme Helium mode(HE:He) for analysis but i can't for the life of me figure out how to do that.
The software only lists my available tune modes as "No Gas" and "He"
Does anyone know how i would enable HE:He mode?
Is there a box somewhere i need to check?
Do i have to delete/reload the software?

The best way to do this would be to import HEHe from an existing batch. To do this, go to File->Import From Existing Batch, and select a batch that has HEHe. From there, you can check only "Tune Modes", and select HEHe. See screen capture below. If you don't have a batch that has tune mode HEHe, you can create a new batch from a Preset Method. All of the "Generic" Preset Methods include a HEHe Tune mode.
