I’m trying to set up MSIS Dual mode, can anyone help me explain how the auto sampler can be set up as the photo shown below: (it’s from Agilent Application note Simultaneous determination of hydride and non-hydride elements in fish samples using the Agilent 5110 SVDV ICP-OES with MSIS accessory)

This can be done using an "Y" piece. Connect the two-way ends to the peristaltic tubing and the opposite end to the line of the autosampler. You might need to use a small piece of the peristaltic tubing for fitting.
Problem is if you don't have the "Y" piece. This is how it looks like:
