Flame ignition

Hi
I was installed new AAS 55AA. But while starting analysis, flame does not come up. And also gas flow does not come up. What is the reason of this failure?

We were tried to change customers using nebulizer etc.

    Hello,

    When the flame on button is pressed, the instrument checks for all safety interlocks. If these interlocks are satisfied, the air solenoid is opened and oxidant will begin to flow. 

    It sounds like one of your interlocks is not met. Typically, there is an error code (9XXX) and a brief description that will pop up on the bottom of the 55 LED screen. This info will be useful in identifying the issue.
