Hello ousmane_samake,
You mean Ytterbium (Yb) or Yttrium (Y)?
If it is Yb, watch out for spectral interferences on your analytes. Yttrium is more appropriate for ICP OES in general.
Anyway, a concentration of 5-10 ppm is quite sufficient to use as internal standard in ICP OES. Please select carefully the wavelength so you could get a good signal with enough SBR to use it as IS.
As a tip, select your IS first and then your analytes - then you will get the possible IS interference lines marked in the right table of interferences.
