Hi Tina, thank you for a prompt response. I meant an analysis of the concentration of required nutritions (salts of N, Ca, K, P etc) in the leaves of vegetables.
The technique for analysis really depends on the method of digestion, and what the final concentrations are in the digested solution presented to the instrument and what the % total dissolved solids levels are in the final solution. Are you following a certain method? ICP-OES can do ppb up to % levels of concentrations, whereas ICP-MS can do lower concentrations such as ppt.
