We have set up a method on our 7800, and are getting into gathering the data post run. I have accessed the data (via .csv) from file > export, and created reporting templates for each sample. As of now, it looks like the PDF of each report is being printed and placed into each sample folder. So currently if a run has 100 samples, it would have 100 folders with a PDF of each individual sample in it. Is there a way to have these report summaries combined into 1 larger PDF while the batch is running? We will need to have the report summary for each sample included in the final batch report.
