Hi everyone,
I was wondering if you make a dilution for Adenine and test it.
It is powder and slightly soluble in water. I have ICP-MS agilent 7900. DO you think I can test it even if it not 100 percent dissolved?

Hi
You may try Microwave digestor to dissolve sample..
I was thinking to same think. Do you think is it okay to use HNO3 for microwave?
Thank you for the answer :)
I would recommend that you contact the microwave digestion vendor and speak to their applications chemist for advice on how to prep the sample.
As Tina said that supplier of microwave digestion will share method as per your requirement with respect digestion timing etc..
It will be HF or HNO3, microwave supplier will tell you with complete method.
Even, Now a days, in market, Ultrawave digestion also availaible( based on requirement).
