SpectrAA 220 Error

Question

Hi all, 
 We have recently installed the SpectrAA 220 Base software on a new PC. Everything went fine until we ran a calibration test. We then got the error: F8807: SPS offline. Autorun stopped. [SpectrAA 220 - Instrument 1] 
 
 Any ideas? I'm at a standstill as I have no idea.

Please let us know if it works. Below is a screen shot of how the method should be set up

Hello 
 please ensure your method is set to run &ldquo;manual&rdquo; instead of "auto normal&rdquo; and that the &ldquo;Use Sips&rdquo; option is also unchecked. This is in the develop-> edit method portion in the software. I will post a screen shot when at my PC
