Hi there, Agilent AAS with SpektrAA 5.3 Software. Cant print out the methods, while printing of analysis date is working fine. Can see the Report Preview, but not close this window. Trying printout opens a window for a half second, but nothing else.

Check your default printer is set with spektrAA 5.3.

Print demo page.it's printing or not..

The printer in SpectrAA is set to the default printer, which we want to use for printing. Demo page ist printing. Selecting another printer doesnt print too.

Any error shows during print.

Remove default printer and again set as default printer.

shows no errors. Printer removed an new installed - no success

Look like this is windows problem.

Check printer cable

Put any other printer cable then see.

If any printer is installed properly and selected as default then it should print the pages..
