It seems to be related to a corrupt file. If you are able to open a different worksheet and this is the only one that you cannot access, there is nothing you can do to save it. Sorry.

Thank you, emretoprak. I can open a different worksheet, so, unfortunately, I missed this one. It is the second time that this has happened in a period of 3 months. Do you know what can cause this?
I would check, if you save and close the worksheets one at a time. It might be also related to a bad defragmented HDD. If you are not always creating your worksheets from a template file but from the latest worksheet, you might be carrying a certain problem into your worksheets. You can try rewriting your worksheet. from scratch.
