Is it possible to upgrade/convert ICP-OES 720 series to ICP-MS?

Hello, unfortunately it is not possible to convert a 720 series ICP-OES into an ICP-MS.  The same is true for any model ICP-OES.  While the ICP source is similar it is specific for the detector (OES/MS) and they are not at all interchangeable.

If you have a need to replace ICP-OES with ICP-MS I would advise you to contact your Agilent sales representative and discuss trade-in options and against the new technology you require.
