Cleaning the skimmer base ICP-MS 7850

Hello. 
 During cleaning the cones, we noticed that Extraction Lens 1 that is visible when the skimmer is removed is quite dirty. We cleaned our Lens Assembly as described in the manual. But there is no information about how to clean the Skimmer Base. So, my question is: can we clean it somehow? Because it also looks dirty or corroded (Photos 1 and 2). Also, there is a lot if deposit on this metal tube (Photo 3). How can we remove it?

The skimmer base can be cleaned with the blue yellow sandpaper. Don't use the blue sandpaper for the flat base that touch the interface. And clean the place where the skimmer is seated on first with blue and then with the yellow sandpaper and polish it flat without scratches. After this it's possible to put the skimmer base in the 2% citranox in a ultrasonic bath for 10 min. Followed with the pure water sonication. The metal tube and interface area could be wiped with a lint free cloth and some IPA.
