Did you know that you don’t have to schedule an onsite visit every time an instrument breaks down? Agilent Virtual Tech Support brings you live technical help directly from Agilent experts through tools like the CrossLab Virtual Assist app. When you join a remote session, the app uses video conferencing and augmented reality to give you the “eyes and ears” of an Agilent expert and help you pinpoint problems faster. It also lets you and your technician draw 3D digital annotations that stay in place—even when you move your camera.
The CrossLab Virtual Assist app can be installed on any mobile device. Use the following steps to install and set up the app for your Virtual Tech Support experience.
- Search for CrossLab Virtual Assist in the Apple or Google apps store and download the latest version—it's free.
2. Click the icon to start the app
3. Go to settings for Setup, Terms of Services, and our Privacy Policy. For 3D annotation to be enabled, Annotations must be ticked. The application does not allow recording of video or taking of photos.
Have an instrument covered by an Agilent CrossLab service plan or warranty? Ask for Virtual Tech Support the next time you request troubleshooting assistance from Agilent.
