This information applies to: Agilent AriaMx real-time PCR software
Issue
Custom export configurations can be saved to define which run data should be exported and in what format. Custom export configurations are useful when data needs to be repeatedly exported in a standardized way, such as when analyzing qPCR data in another software.
Requirements
The creation of a new configuration is only possible with a completed experiment.
Steps to Follow
Figure 1. Export configuration settings on the Export Data screen. Select or clear each check box to include or exclude an item. Modify each item by clicking the pen symbol.
Figure 2. Click Default > Add New to save the configuration under a new name.
Figure 3. Enter a name for the new custom export definition.
Caution: The custom definition will only populate for the same experiment type in which they have been created. For example, a custom definition created with an allele discrimination experiment will not be available in a comparative quantitation experiment.
