Customizing the Report Graphics in MassHunter Quantitative Analysis

Issue

The report graphics settings can be customized for parameters including range displayed and label.

Steps to Follow

Fixed graphics range settings

1. From the main menu, click Report > Generate to open the Generate Report window. From the Report method section, click the Edit button (see Figure 1).

2. In the Report Method Edit window, click the Graphics settings tab, then click Fixed range graphics settings to open the Graphics Range window. Enter the parameters Min Y, Max Y, Min X, Max X for samples and/or compounds and click OK (Figure 2).
   

   Tip: To quickly add the compound names from the Compounds table, click Import > Import compound names from Batch...

Graphics settings for Sample/Peak/Quantifier/Qualifier overlay/Spectra/Calibration curves chromatograms

From the main menu, click Report > Edit Report Method to open the Report Method Edit window and make the following changes:

1. Click the Graphics settings tab, then from the Sample chromatograms section, click the Graphics settings... button. In the Sample Chromatogram Graphics settings window, change parameters as required and click OK (Figure 3).

2. From the Graphic settings tab, in the Peak chromatograms section, click the Graphics settings... button to open the Peak Chromatogram Graphics window. Change parameters as required and click OK (Figure 4).

3. From the Graphic settings tab, in the Quantifier/Qualifier overlay chromatograms section, click the Graphics settings... button to open the Quantifier/Qualifier Overlay Chromatogram Graphics window. Change parameters as required and click OK (Figure 5).

4. From the Graphic settings tab, in the Spectra section, click the Graphics settings... button to open the Peak Spectra Graphics window. Change parameters as required and click OK (Figure 6).

5. From the Graphic settings tab, in the Calibration curves section, click the Graphics settings... button to open the Calibration Graphics window. Change parameters as required and click OK (Figure 7).
