How to check and output Audit Trail at Data Analysis in OpenLab CDS (version 2.x)

Issue:

This article explains how to open, check, and output Audit Trails from Data Analysis of OpenLab CDS (version 2.x). Available Audit Trails include Result Set, Injections in Result Set, Sequence, and Processing Method linked with Result Set.

Steps to follow:

Tip: Audit trails can only be viewed if the Review Audit Trail privilege has been set by an administrative user. The setting is accessed from the OpenLab Control panel.

1. Start Data Analysis and load Result Set or Single Data from the data tree. Select Audit/E-Sign.

   

2. Select the audit action required from Audit Trails group. The options available are:  

   1. Show Injection Audit Trails.

   2. Show Result Set Audit Trails.

   3. Show Sequence Audit Trails.

   4. Show Method Audit Trails.

      

3. Alternatively, right-click data from the Data Processing tree and select an audit trail from the menu.

   

4. Select Print or PDF Export  to output Audit Trail records.
