Incorrect Text Placement and Image Size in Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100 Expert Software PDF Reports

Issue:

Sometimes the text and images can appear to be the wrong size and in the wrong place in PDF reports generated in Agilent 2100 Expert software (see Figure 1).

Resolution:

The most common reason for the faulty PDFs is incompatible PC display settings. The display resolution should be set to a maximum of 1920x1024 and the scaling should be set to 100%. To access the display settings in Windows 10, right-click the desktop and select Display settings (see Figure 2).

If you are using the 2100 Expert with Security Pack, these settings should also be changed for the 2100system user profile in Windows. If the report layout is still incorrect, please generate a 2100 Expert software support package for further investigation by clicking Help > Create Support Package > select all > Collect. A Support Package in the form of a .zip file is saved to the desktop. Send the Support Package to your support representative, who can be found on the Contact Us page.
