This Information Applies To: 2100 Bioanalyzer system, 2100 Expert software
Issue:
The PDF report generated in the Agilent 2100 Expert software via File > Print with Result Tables checked as per Figure 1 did not include the regional table.

Resolution:
The most likely root cause is an incorrect number format setting. To change it, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Windows region settings. For Windows 10, type intl.cpl into the Windows search (see Figure 2), or search for region settings and click Additional date, time & regional settings .
Figure 2. Access region settings - The Format should be set to English (United States), see Figure 3. If the Format needs to be changed, please note that it influences other software as well (for example Microsoft Office applications).

If the language settings did not fix the issue, check the Page Setup in the Expert software. Open the 2100 Expert software, go to File > Page Setup, and check if the setup looks like in Figure 5:
