Running Dye Labeled Samples on Agilent Parallel Capillary Electrophoresis Instruments

How can a dye label affect the analysis with Agilent parallel CE instrument assays?

Resolution: 

Agilent has not validated the effect of dye labels in-house, so please proceed with caution. Theoretically, it is possible to run dye labeled samples (for example, labeled with dyes FAM, Cy5 etc.) on parallel CE instruments.

However, please be aware, due to the dye label, samples might migrate slightly differently which can affect sizing.

Also, depending upon the dye used, there can be effects on assay sensitivity. So overall data may not be fully accurate.
