Issue
Resetting the upper or lower markers from the automatically assigned peak in the Agilent TapeStation analysis software.
The TapeStation analysis software will assign the markers automatically. The software is able to assign the markers as they each have a known size (bp/nt) and therefore should migrate a known distance through the gel. Occasionally the software might misassign a marker peak. Incorrect marker peak assignment may result in inaccurate sizing and/or quantitation.
