Parallel Capillary Electrophoresis Chilled Reagents Arrived at Ambient Temperature

Issue

The kit components that are stored from 2 to 8 °C were not chilled during transportation from Agilent to the user.

Resolution 

The chilled reagents always arrive without being chilled. They are stable at room temperature for short durations and the listed temperature is recommended for longer storage. Reagents that are stored frozen once they arrive at the user site are shipped on dry ice.
